How to report material, respond to a notice, and request a review.

1. Files you may upload
You may attach text, images, audio, video, and documents such as PDFs only if you own them, have permission, or the use is allowed by law. You must also respect the privacy and image rights of people shown.
2. Notice of alleged infringement
To locate material, identify the protected work and the exact URL or location of the GymRat+ material. Include your name, email and contact method, physical or electronic signature, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury where applicable that the information is accurate and you act for the rights holder.
3. Review and removal
We will review sufficiently detailed notices and may remove or block the material, notify its uploader, and keep evidence needed to resolve the claim. Removal alone does not decide that infringement occurred. We may also suspend repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
4. User response
If you believe removal was mistaken, identify the removed content and its former location, explain the mistake, and include your name, address, phone, and signature. A U.S. DMCA counter-notice also requires the statutory good-faith statement under penalty of perjury, consent to the relevant federal court jurisdiction, and consent to service of process. We assess responses under applicable law before restoring content.
5. DMCA agent
Accepting complaints at this email is not the same as designating and registering an agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. If that registration is completed, we will publish the agent details here and update the official directory. We do not currently claim to meet all Section 512 safe-harbor requirements.
